It is an incredible privilege to join Rockport Elementary School as your new principal.

As I begin this journey, I do so with a deep sense of responsibility and genuine excitement for the work ahead. While I’m still learning the unique rhythms, traditions, and strengths that make Rockport special, I have already seen the heart of this community: a shared commitment to children, to learning, and to one another.

Throughout my career, I have been passionate about creating schools where students feel seen, valued, and supported to reach their full potential. I believe in high expectations wrapped in compassion, in strong relationships as the foundation of learning, and in the power of collaboration among educators, families, and the wider community.

My goal is to listen, to learn, and to lead with integrity and optimism. Together, I believe we can build on the strong foundation already in place at Rockport and ensure that every student not only succeeds, but thrives—academically, socially, and emotionally.
