Greetings Luce Families,

My name is Cheri Adams, and I am thrilled to be joining the Luce Elementary Family as the new principal. I am a former Luce student and a 1986 graduate of South Spencer High School. I received my Bachelor of Science in Elementary Education from Western Kentucky University and my Masters of Arts in Educational Leadership from Oakland City University.  I began my teaching career in 1993 with Owensboro Public School System and came to Rockport Elementary in 1995.

I look forward to being a part of the Luce Elementary team of families, students and staff. Together we can continue to foster a sense of community in which every individual is respected and encouraged to realize their full potential.
